Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

  • Cream Cheese – 12 oz
  • Unsalted butter – 12 tbsp
  • Confectionery sugar – 3 C
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Directions:

  • Mix together the butter and cream cheese until completely smooth
  • Add confectionery sugar to the mixture 0.5 c at a time, increase or decrease the amount of sugar depending how sweet you like your frosting
  • Add vanilla extract
  • Let chill in the freezer before decorating your cake or cupcakes
