Ingredients:
- Cream Cheese – 12 oz
- Unsalted butter – 12 tbsp
- Confectionery sugar – 3 C
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Directions:
- Mix together the butter and cream cheese until completely smooth
- Add confectionery sugar to the mixture 0.5 c at a time, increase or decrease the amount of sugar depending how sweet you like your frosting
- Add vanilla extract
- Let chill in the freezer before decorating your cake or cupcakes
