Creamy Avocado SIAB

February 11th, 2010 , Nutritious Foodie

Ingredients:

-  2 cup Spinach
-  3/4 cup Hemp Milk
-  1 tbsp Hemp Seed
-  1 tbsp Flax Seed
-  1 tbsp Chia Seed
-  1/4 tbsp Red Maca Powder
-  Dash of Honey
-  1/2 of Avocado

Directions:

-  Blend everything in the blender, pour in a bowl top with Granola, Raspberries and Avocados!
