I was lazy to make my normal morning green Juice so instead I made green smoothie and topped it with Granola. The smoothie is easy on the diegestive system requiring not much work and the granola adds the perfect crunch to make your jaw feel like it’s doing something useful 
Green Smoothie In a Bowl
- 2 cups Spinach
- 0.5 cup Milk (I used Hemp milk, for the extra boost)
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1 tbsp Chia Seed
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seed
- 1/2 tsp Maca Powder
Blend everything in a blender, pour in a bowl and top with 1/4 cup Granola. Enjoy!
